Ask any dog what happiness means to them and they will tell you that it is a visit to Jo at ‘Posh Paws’ on Frankton Road.
Step inside the doors of Jo’s well set up and purpose built salon, and you will understand why there is a growing list of four-legged clientele urging their owners to take them to see Jo.
The warm welcome Jo offers is genuine, the treatments are numerous. Nails, ears, brush and dematt, shampoo and condition, a blow dry and a trim followed by a style chosen to best suit the dog, will leave them smelling absolutely beautiful and all soft and cuddly – whatever their breed.
“No dog is too big or too small,” Jo said. “I just love working with them all.”
It’s been a busy 6 years for Jo who trained in Nelson with Shirley McEwan, to establish her business, but now she is proud to have over 600 dogs listed on her books.
With work getting busier, this is a timely reminder for dog owners to plan in advance and book in early to access her skills.
‘Posh Paws’ central location along with the convenience of being able to park at the Frankton Marina and then walk along the track to ‘Posh Paws’ is another plus for accessing this service.
Your dog will thank you for it.
